IRVINE, CA (Oct. 25, 2018) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, congratulated four network sales professionals for being named to the inaugural Top LGBT+ Agent List for production leadership by the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP). The Top LGBT+ Agent List ranks the sales performance of agents and teams who are NAGLREP members. 

Included on the list for individual transaction sides were: Avi Dan-Goor of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties in Las Vegas, NV, No. 9; Chris McNelis, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices McNelis Group Properties, Solomons, MD, No. 13; Robert Dawson, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Dawson Ford Garbee & Co., REALTORS®, Lynchburg, VA, No. 15; and Greg Renfrow, Berkshire Hathaway Taliesyn Realty, Cordova, TN, No. 20.

In addition, Wayne Woodyard, vice president & regional manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, was presented with the NAGLREP Pinnacle Award for his outstanding service to NAGLREP and the LGBT community.

Honorees were recently recognized at NAGLREP’s annual convention in Palm Springs, CA. The event hosted more than 700 of the real estate industry’s most influential LGBT and allied leaders for three full days of learning and networking.

All sales professionals ranked on the NAGLREP Top LGBT+ Agent List appeared on the 2018 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals ratings and are ranked in the top one-half of 1 percent of the more than 1.3 million REALTORS® nationwide. 

REAL Trends identified all NAGLREP members who met 2017 individual agent production minimums of 50 sides or $20 million in sales volume.
