Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Western Colorado Properties Opens for Business in Grand Junction

Brokerage enters Colorado’s recreation and outdoor capital with a seasoned staff led by local real estate veteran Connie Tremblay

GRAND JUNCTION, CO (NOV. 14, 2019) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Western Colorado Properties today opened an office in Grand Junction expanding its reach and influence along Colorado’s Western Slope. The brokerage also operates in Montrose, Durango and Telluride with additional offices planned for the region over the next two years.

“We love the Grand Junction market for many reasons, starting with its growing appeal to a widening range of demographic groups,” said Western Colorado Properties Broker/Owner Jeff Keehfuss, who described the area as one of Colorado’s most up-and-coming communities for the incredible recreation, burgeoning commerce, art and food scenes, and quality education system. “We’re excited to do business here, and for the terrific team we have in place to serve Grand Junction.”

The office, located at 2526 Patterson Road, Suite 101 in the Pyramid Building, is led by Supervising Broker Connie Tremblay, a fourth-generation Coloradoan known for her tireless work ethic, integrity and leadership. Tremblay has 25 years of real estate sales experience in Colorado and is a leading trainer of real estate professionals.

“I’m proud to join Western Colorado Properties and represent the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand in my community,” she said. “The brand will appeal to Grand Junction residents, from the many millennials flocking to the region to the locals, second-home owners and active retirees who love the area for its mild weather and varied activities.”

Tremblay’s team includes agents Virginia Brown, Brandy Chaffin, Donna Justin, Alisha Mendelson, Valerie Richardson and Arianne Wright. The group will quadruple in size within a year, Tremblay said. “I’m in frequent conversation with colleagues and local brokers in the area who are looking to grow their businesses. It’s a busy and exciting time.”

Western Colorado Properties agents gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ active referral and relocation networks, and its “FOREVER Cloud” technology suite, a powerful source for lead generation, marketing support, social media, video production/distribution and more. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has aligned with Salesforce to deliver world-class technology support to its network members far into the future.

The brand also provides global listing syndication, professional training and ongoing education and the exclusive Luxury Collection marketing program for premier listings. Its Prestige Magazine showcases network members’ premium listings with a strong lineup of feature stories covering topics that appeal to high-end real estate consumers.

Agents will also benefit from Tremblay’s progressive, agent-centric leadership focused on business growth and premium client service. “Our office culture is positive and nurturing -- everyone supports one another,” she said. “Above all, we place our clients’ needs first and work together to ensure their complete satisfaction.”

Chris Stuart, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, applauded Western Colorado Properties’ arrival in Grand Junction. “Jeff Keehfuss has built a terrific brokerage and the addition of the Grand Junction office led by Connie Tremblay builds on the momentum,” he said. “We’re eager to help Western Colorado Properties grow in Grand Junction and throughout the Western Slope.”
