A recent report shows Ohio home sales are up more than 18% in September 2020 from the same month a year ago, a sign that some effects of the coronavirus pandemic may be fueling a competitive housing market. 16 different Ohio regions reported an increase in the average home sales price, while 14 regions saw the same or more sales activity. Overall, home sales in the state are up a half percent in the first nine months of 2020 compared to the same period last year.
