National REthink Council members are recognized leaders within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. Members must have achieved the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Leading Edge Society award level or above within the past 12 months as an individual or team.

For Sabrina Anderson, it all began on a farm in Wyndmere, ND where she was taught a strong work ethic. Living in Wyndmere also gave Sabrina extensive knowledge of Fargo-Moorhead and the surrounding areas. She has always had a passion for sales and jumped into real estate in 2008. People describe her as a real estate agent who epitomizes integrity, hard work, dedication and drive. Born and raised in Durango, located in the southwest region of Colorado, Ashley Blackmore specializes in in-depth analytical data marketing and integrative online strategy to move some of the hard to sell listings in the area. Gharib Haji, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty in Nashville, TN has called Nashville home since 2006 and is known as “G” to close family and friends. He was born in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq. Later, Gharib’s family migrated to Turkey where they settled for nine years, spending the majority of their time living in a refugee camp. He then lived in Michigan for nine years before moving to Music City. Gharib earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State in Murfreesboro, TN and taught dental assisting for two years at Remington College. In January of 2017, Gharib decided to obtain a real estate license and during his first year in the business, he was named his firm’s ‘Rookie of the Year’. Additionally, Gharib has consistently achieved being a Top 5 monthly sales producer for his office.

His passionate entrepreneurship in the real estate industry continually attracts clients to work with both him and his team. He has quickly become one of the most sought-after real estate agents to work with in Omaha Metro as well as in the surrounding cities due to his reputation of producing solid social media content, podcasts, creative marketing and advertising. Ryan’s personality, drive, and creativity to be different separates him from the competition. He also serves on the Omaha board for the Sunshine Kids organization and is a real estate coach, coaching students across the country with Jared James Enterprises. Ryan is no doubt impacting the real estate industry positively and is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to the National REthink Council.
Sierra Reed, a licensed real estate professional and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council member, was born and raised just outside of St. Louis, MO. Sierra grew up in the construction industry as the daughter of a small business owner. In 2015, she obtained her real estate license after doing design work for a civil engineering firm. Sierra’s love for marketing and community involvement paired with her experience in the construction industry provided a solid foundation for her real estate career. Sierra specializes in residential and new construction, closing over $11 million during her fourth year in the real estate business. She contributes her success to building and maintaining relationships as well as the support she receives from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in Troy, MO. Sierra is proud to work for and represent the #1 locally owned real estate company in St. Louis!
Molly Slagle, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Worldwide, REALTORS® in Keller, TX is a native Texan that was raised in Southern California. Molly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She committed 15 years to public education, specifically as a Special Education Diagnostician, which she credits to her skillful listening ability, creative problem-solving skills and her ability to quickly build trust and rapport. Molly has a unique approach to helping real estate clients feel confident and competent throughout the transaction process, educating them on the “why” of each step. Her extensive knowledge of the Houston market combined with her can-do attitude and consistent communication make up the foundation of her approach to obtain clients, who often become her friends for life. Robert Van Der Wende

Robert and his family own and operate two offices located within the cities of Little Falls and Caldwell in Northern New Jersey. He has been recognized as the top agent in his marketplace for the past 7 consecutive years and was the top producing agent for his office in 2019. Meighan Wise is a licensed real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, and an expert at conducting virtual home tours. Meighan graduated from Purdue University with a BA in English and has her master’s degree in Counseling from Indiana University. She started her real estate career in 2009 and, as a part of The Dick Richwine Group, contributed to the closing of over $42 million in sales, which ranked them 11th in the network for Residential Units sold and 24th in the network for Total GCI in 2018. Wise went from personally producing over $30 million & 100 units for three consecutive years to less personal production and a six-figure increase in GCI. 2019 closed sales for The Dick Richwine Group was over $55 million and earned them the Chairman Circle Diamond award as well as ranked them 9th in the network for Residential Units sold and 17th for Total GCI. Besides real estate, Meighan’s passions include her 3 children, Dylan-9, Tucker-6, and Alaina-4, traveling, concerts, and running.
