The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council was formed to connect and inspire the next generation of top-producing leaders in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brokerage franchise network.

Selected for their exemplary performance and innovative solutions, the council shares assets, strategies, and best practices which have aided to their success as well as encourage each other to new levels of leadership and influence. These forward-thinking real estate agents develop resources that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network brokerages can implement on a local level and provide feedback to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices leadership team. The council brings a robust, next-gen perspective on today’s ever-changing real estate market that agents of all levels and years of experience can learn from to help grow their businesses.

Alexandra French, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in Atlanta, Georgia started her real estate career in 2011. After being a top individual agent for almost a decade, in 2022 she co-founded the Level Up Real Estate Team, a group known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. With her deep-rooted passion for real estate and Atlanta, she brings a unique blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and a keen eye for market trends. Outside of real estate, Alexandra is very busy with her two young children, advocating for breast cancer, volunteering, and raising money for her foundation.

Bridgett Baldwin, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties in Tucson, Arizona leads a successful team of full-time agents, bearing an uber-original name: The Tucson Agents. Bridgett started her career in real estate shortly after the birth of her son, Tosh, in late 2009. She gained traction in this exciting time through listing and selling foreclosures, giving her extensive transactional experience as a brand new agent. Since then, she has moved from team member to team founder, from tenant to homeowner, from Licensed REALTOR® to Associate Broker, and from boy mom to teen mom. She is passionate about her people, providing mentorship on client relationships and creating a business built on integrity. They host frequent charity happy hour events with agents across brokerages, collecting physical donations for various causes in the Tucson community. Bridgett enjoys food, travel with her son and gym life in all of the spare time she creates for herself.

Chelsea Link, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Midwest Realty in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has lived in the Sioux Falls area her entire life and jumped into real estate immediately following her college graduation in 2009, with a degree in Business Administration/Management. She has consistently been a top producer in the Sioux Falls area for the last several years, with 80% of her business being from her past clients and their referrals. She believes that real estate is all about providing value to others, building genuine, organic relationships, and making sure her clients know how important and appreciated they are. In addition to real estate, her biggest priority is making memories with her husband and five children.

Jake Garay, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties in Lagrange, New York began his real estate career working with a local investment and development company. In 2015, he transitioned to becoming a full-time Realtor, using his background and experience in construction and real estate investment to quickly establish himself as one of the top agents in his office. In 2019, Jake joined The Blake Michaud Team, and helped to establish the team as #1 in their market, doubling their production to $74 million in sales in 2022. At the end of 2022, Jake partnered with Blake to form The Garay-Michaud Team, closing 124 deals in 2023. Jake focuses on providing value to his clients and team members and building strong, long-lasting relationships. Jake also is the host of the Selling The Suburbs Podcast, where he interviews real estate professionals, entrepreneurs and thought leaders. Outside of real estate, Jake enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with his family.

She has branded herself in Missouri as the Show Me Home Real Estate Team and is known for its client-centric approach and dedication to building long-lasting relationships. She’ll go the extra mile to create opportunities for new connections and maintain existing ones. Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Julie has a rich personal life. She grew up on a Christmas tree farm and was a collegiate athlete, which instilled in her the values of hard work and commitment. Today, Julie is a devoted wife and mother of four children. She thrives on the organized chaos of juggling real estate and life with teenagers and is always up for a challenge.

Marie’s real estate career began in Portland, Oregon in 2006, working for a boutique brokerage specializing in new construction. Transitioning to residential real estate in 2009, Marie’s goals have been to stay at the forefront of new ideas, marketing, and education. Her new construction background has given her market and home knowledge that has been priceless throughout the years. She has a passion for helping others and feels blessed to be able to do that every day as people walk through one of the largest decisions they will make in their lives. Marie has been in the top ½% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network since 2017. Outside of real estate, Marie enjoys spending time with her 3 sons, running, and traveling.

Nathaly Sanchez, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ally Real Estate in Bossier City, Louisiana, originally resided in Mexico and currently loves living in Bossier City and all it has to offer. Her career days began with over 15 years in the construction world. In 2021, she seamlessly merged the worlds of new construction and remodeling with real estate and began her career.  She is deeply committed to the community through different services, and particularly enjoys her involvement with a podcast show with 318 Latinos and a bicultural and bilingual platform that effectively connects with the Hispanic community. Nathaly is excited about real estate and loves putting a smile on her clients' faces after exchanging keys at closing. It is more than a job—it's her passion. The joy and satisfaction derived from these moments fuel her dedication to providing exceptional service and creating lasting connections. She has been happily married for 16 years and is a proud and devoted mother of three beautiful souls. Nathaly enjoys spending quality time with family—some would call it her favorite hobby. Nico Marasco with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, Nebraska, attended St. John’s University in Minnesota where he graduated with a degree in Global Business Leadership in 2016. He is a second-generation Realtor with his father being one of the top agents in the city for over 3 decades. 48 hours after graduating, he moved home and started working full time with his father. After his father passed in 2020, he took over the company. Outside of work he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with friends, and indulging in his passion for cars.

Nicole embraces the Gallatin Valley lifestyle, spending her spare time camping, hiking, backpacking, horseback riding, hunting, and ice fishing with her family. His number one goal is to provide valuable information through video to best educate buyers and sellers to make informed decisions when it comes down to luxury beach homes. He was ranked in the Top 25 Latino Agents with under two years of experience in the nation and the #1 Latino Rookie for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Outside of real estate, Noah enjoys spending his time in the gym, traveling, and helping small businesses create engaging content to appeal to consumers. You’ll often find him with a camera in hand.

After almost 20 years as a high school Spanish teacher, she made the transition into real estate in 2020. Her love for education and passion for helping others made the move a natural fit and she quickly became a top producer within her brokerage. She is on a small team with two close friends who, like Sarah, value integrity while serving others and building strong connections within their community. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys lifting weights, spending time with her husband and two kids at their lake cabin, and attending her kids’ sporting events.

She is purposeful in all her efforts and consistently produces results for her customers through her unwavering focus of providing value and perfecting her skills.

Sena Taylor, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty, has been navigating clients through Indianapolis area real estate transactions since 2015. Prior to real estate, she was a teacher for 13 years. Her transferable skills of organization, problem solving, and customer service from the education field have contributed to her real estate success. She uses her growth mindset to continuously improve her business to help her clients. Sena loves providing guidance to people during the process of their greatest financial investments. Her goal is to turn her clients into forever clients. Sena was a member of the top Indiana real estate team from 2015-2021. In 2021, her passion of helping other Realtors in the office grow influenced Sena to create a team which now consists of seven women—all former educators. Outside of real estate, Sena enjoys adventures (especially traveling and boating) with her husband, toddler son, and dogs.
