The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council was formed to connect and inspire the next generation (NextGen) top-producing leaders in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brokerage franchise network.
It is a space for NextGen leaders to speak up and share about the assets and best practices they are utilizing that have aided in their success as well as encourage each other to new levels of leadership and influence. National REthink Council members are recognized leaders within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
As thought leaders, the National REthink Council composes white papers on relevant topics regarding today’s ever-changing, real estate market. Their NextGen perspective provides real estate agents of all levels and years of experience, relevant strategies and ways to grow their businesses.

2022 National REthink Council Members
The council is composed of network members who are vetted and selected by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices leadership team.
Duncan Foster, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, started his real estate career right after his graduation from Samford University with degrees in both Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Duncan's background of working at a real estate brokerage as the Head Social Media Manager in his hometown of Destin, Florida while finishing his schooling helps him now bring an expert marketing plan to each, and every one of his listings. Working in the Northeast Florida area has brought his love and passion for the state of Florida to its highest level, and he makes sure anyone moving to the area feels at home right away. Duncan’s focus is to make sure that he takes stress off the plates of his clients any chance he can get, and he enjoys working with all clients to achieve whatever real estate goals they have.
Gharib Haji, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty in Nashville, TN has called Nashville home since 2006 and is known as “G” to close family and friends. He was born in the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq. Later, Gharib’s family migrated to Turkey where they settled for nine years, spending the majority of their time living in a refugee camp. He then lived in Michigan for nine years before moving to Music City. Gharib earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State in Murfreesboro, TN and taught dental assisting for two years at Remington College. In January of 2017, Gharib decided to obtain a real estate license and during his first year in the business, he was named his firm’s ‘Rookie of the Year’. Additionally, Gharib has consistently achieved being a Top 5 monthly sales producer for his office.
Heidi Harris, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty in Raleigh, NC is a social media guru, and uses a combination of award-winning marketing experience as well as good-old-fashioned hard work to ensure clients have a positive experience worth talking about. Whether the client is buying or selling, rest assured that Heidi has a proven process that will best benefit her client. Through precise planning, cutting edge marketing, and preferred vendors, Home Sweet Heidi helps expedite the process with local, trusted professionals. Heidi is known for her passion for life (joie de vivre, as the French call it) and it seeps through her life and work. At the end of the day, Heidi’s goal is to leave the client with a smile and more money in their pocket than if her client worked with another Realtor.
Curtis Mitchell, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He received a basketball scholarship to Regis University in Denver, CO where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. After moving back to the heat, he got his real estate license in 2012 and teamed up with his dad to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Together, they created The Mitchell Group. He has translated what he's learned from sports directly to real estate when assisting clients. He loves helping people and believes real estate is a relationship business at its core. He has helped grow the team and continues to dedicate countless hours into building this business. His dream is to be an entrepreneur and real estate gives him the opportunity to do just that. Outside of work, his pride and joy is his son Callan. He also enjoys traveling and any activity that involves watches, cars or sports.
Kyle Oberlin, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty, comes from a family of entrepreneurs and investing into real estate at a young age, becoming a licensed agent was a natural choice. After selling 75 homes in 2021, Kyle decided to form a small team and brought on two likeminded agents to help scale his business. Besides selling, Kyle also acts as a brand ambassador for his company, helping recruit, mentor, and retain agents in the two offices he oversees in the Akron and Canton markets. Real estate investing is a big part of his business and life, having 15 residential rental units of his own. Involvement in the REALTOR association is important to Kyle, serving as president-elect at his local association, as well as service as a director, the Chairman of YPN, and on multiple other committees at Ohio REALTORS. Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys boating, running, traveling, and recently stepped down after 10 years of coaching high school track.
Sierra Reed, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in Troy, MO was born and raised just outside of St. Louis, MO. Sierra grew up in the construction industry as the daughter of a small business owner. In 2015, she obtained her real estate license after doing design work for a civil engineering firm. Sierra’s love for marketing and community involvement paired with her experience in the construction industry provided a solid foundation for her real estate career. Sierra specializes in residential and new construction, closing over $11 million during her fourth year in the real estate business. She attributes her continued success to her ability to build and maintain strong relationships as well as the support she receives from leadership at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties. Sierra is proud to work for and represent the #1 locally owned real estate company in St. Louis!
Molly Slagle, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Worldwide, REALTORS® in Keller, TX is a native Texan that was raised in Southern California. Molly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She committed 15 years to public education, specifically as a Special Education Diagnostician, which she credits to her skillful listening ability, creative problem-solving skills, and her ability to quickly build trust and rapport. Molly has a unique approach to helping real estate clients feel confident and competent throughout the transaction process, educating them on the “why” of each step. Her extensive knowledge of the Houston market combined with her can-do attitude and consistent communication make up the foundation of her approach to obtain clients, who often become her friends for life. In her free time, Molly enjoys teaching group fitness classes, saltwater fishing, and true crime podcasts.
Andrew Undem, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty in Maryland and his team have been ranked in the top 100 real estate sales team in the nation three years in a row by Real Trends and The Wall Street Journal, selling over $150 million in sales and over 500 transactions annually. Andrew is an active Real Estate investor in Baltimore City and Harford County, Maryland. He is a partner in DRadvisors, a real estate and financial education platform for physicians, something he is very passionate about. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time golfing at the local country clubs. Andrew joins the council from Bel Air, Maryland where he resides with his wife and 3 children.
To be the premier member-driven think tank in the real estate industry focused on sustainable success for current and future real estate agents. Defined by diversity, innovation, and a collaborative attitude, this council stimulates the recruiting and retaining of NextGen agents for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage network as well as the formation of new local REthink chapters.
