The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council was formed to connect and inspire the next generation (NextGen) top-producing leaders in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate brokerage franchise network.
It is a space for NextGen leaders to speak up and share about the assets and best practices they are utilizing that have aided in their success as well as encourage each other to new levels of leadership and influence. National REthink Council members are recognized leaders within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
As thought leaders, the National REthink Council composes white papers on relevant topics regarding today’s ever-changing, real estate market. Their NextGen perspective provides real estate agents of all levels and years of experience, relevant strategies and ways to grow their businesses.

Chelsea Link
Chelsea Link, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sioux Falls Real Estate in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has lived Sioux Falls area her entire life and jumped into real estate immediately following her college graduation in 2009, with a degree in Business Administration/Management. She has consistently been a top producer in the Sioux Falls area for the last several years, with 80% of her business being from her past clients and their referrals. She believes that real estate is all about providing value to others and building genuine, organic relationships and making sure her clients know how important and appreciated they are. In addition to real estate, her biggest priority is making memories with her husband and five children.

Curtis Mitchell
Curtis Mitchell, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a self-proclaimed "master networker," partnering with his father in 2012 to create The Mitchell Group Real Estate Team, felt like a natural progression for him once he graduated from Regis University in Denver, CO. Born and raised in the Phoenix/Scottsdale corridor, he had first-hand knowledge and experience of the many different suburbs/areas and enjoys providing his clients with the most up to date, "boots on the ground" advice and information. His drive-from playing collegiate basketball-comes from more than just a need to win. He is actively involved in a non-profit, Teach One to Lead One, where he mentors at-risk youth in schools around the valley. He is passionate about creating leaders in the community and giving hope to those who are less fortunate. Outside of work, his favorite things to do are spend time with his son, Callan aka Cal Pal, and any activity that involves watches, cars, or sports.

Julie Colin
Julie Colin, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties in O’Fallon, Missouri, began her real estate journey back in 2000 and worked her way up the ranks to become the Marketing Manager for her company, where she played a key role in the development and implementation of marketing and technology strategies. In 2017, Julie decided to shift gears and join the sale team. She has branded herself in Missouri as the Show Me Home Real Estate Team and is known for its client-centric approach and dedication to building long-lasting relationships. She’ll go the extra mile to create opportunities for new connections and maintain existing ones. Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Julie has a rich personal life. She grew up on a Christmas tree farm and was a collegiate athlete, which instilled in her the values of hard work and commitment. Today, Julie is a devoted wife and mother of four children. She thrives on the organized chaos of juggling real estate and life with teenagers and is always up for a challenge.

Kyle Oberlin
Kyle Oberlin, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty in Canton, Ohio, started his career by investing in real estate at a young age and graduating with degrees in Marketing and Business Administration, becoming a licensed agent was a natural progression. After selling 75 homes in 2021, Kyle formed a small team in 2022 which closed 156 units and is growing rapidly. Besides selling, Kyle also acts as a brand ambassador for his company, helping recruit, mentor, and retain agents in the two offices he oversees in the Akron and Canton markets in Ohio. Involvement in the REALTOR association is important to Kyle, serving as the 2023 President at his local association, as well as serving as the Chairman of YPN and multiple other committees at Ohio REALTORS. Outside of real estate, Kyle enjoys boating, traveling, and recently stepped down after 10 years of coaching high school track.

Marie Boatsman
Marie Boatsman, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate in Lake Oswego, Oregon, grew up in Maui, Hawaii with entrepreneurial parents learning strong work ethic & internal drive at a young age. Marie’s real estate career began in Portland, Oregon in 2006, working for a boutique brokerage specializing in new construction. Transitioning to residential real estate in 2009, Marie’s goals have been to stay at the forefront of new ideas, marketing, and education. Her new construction background has given her market and home knowledge that has been priceless throughout the years. She has a passion for helping others and feels blessed to be able to do that every day as people walk through one of the largest decisions they will make in their lives. Marie has been in the top ½% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network since 2017. Outside of real estate, Marie enjoys spending time with her 3 sons, running, and traveling.

Nico Marasco
Nico Marasco with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha, Nebraska, attended St. John’s University in Minnesota where he graduated with a degree in Global Business Leadership in 2016. He is a second-generation Realtor with his father being one of the top agents in the city for over 3 decades. 48 hours after graduating, he moved home and started working full time with his father. After his father passed in 2020, he took over the company. Outside of work he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with friends, and indulging in his passion for cars.

Sarah Rothstein
Sarah Rothstein, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in Jacksonville, Florida, has spent most of her professional career as an inside sales pharmaceutical rep. She made the transition into real estate in 2016 and opened the door to an exciting career as a realtor in Northeast Florida. She has quickly risen to be a top producer within her brokerage and has been recognized in the Jacksonville Business Journal ‘s Top 150 Residential Real Estate Agents in 2021-2022. Her pursuit for success and real estate excellence has resulted in a deeper understanding of herself, her values, and her relationships. She is purposeful in all her efforts and consistently produces results for her customers through her unwavering focus of providing value and perfecting her skills.

To be the premier member-driven think tank in the real estate industry focused on sustainable success for current and future real estate agents. Defined by diversity, innovation, and a collaborative attitude, this council stimulates the recruiting and retaining of NextGen agents for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage network as well as the formation of new local REthink chapters.
