Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offers Pre-Licensing Classes in Anchorage. Learn from the best! Our instructor Teresa Block has been training top talent to pass their real estate license since 2004 and has helped countless students to pass the exam after their class is complete.

Typical hours include: Friday – 5:30-9:30 pm, Saturday – 9-6 pm, Sunday – 9-6 pm
There are 20 hours of training that take place in class and 20 hours of correspondence to take place outside of class while you are studying. After this point, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alaska Realty can provide additional training to focus on any areas you may need help with but you should be ready for your final licensing test. When you pass the test, interview with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alaska Realty and learn about all of the one on one training, learning opportunities and marketing to get your name out there that are provided at no cost.
Our class is only $199. Payment is taken when course materials are distributed and can be paid via card, check or cash.
