"Real Estate is my passion! Over 30 years of experience in real estate marketing, sales, leadership, coaching and consulting of real estate professionals. Each associate is unique, my goal is to support the hard-working, committed agents that want to have a successful real estate career. My love for real estate started young, as my Dad's best friend was a realtor. I was attracted to the opportunity of being an entrepreneur, serving the community and not having a financial ceiling. I started as the Director of Marketing for the Luxury Home Division for 12 years until I made the move to real estate sales. I was mentored by Top Producers to learn their systems and discipline that transformed each transactional relationship to a thriving and repeatable business model. My solution based approach and ability to connect, coach and follow up has been recipe for success. I Focus on recruiting talent.
