James began his real estate career in 2005. James holds a BSc. in Economics and a minor is Real Estate Management from Virginia Tech University. James grew up in Lyford Cay and has deep rooted connections with the residents in the community and surrounding areas. His primary brokerage focus has always been in Lyford Cay and Old Fort Bay and he has a proven track record for production. James was Top Producer at Bahamas Realty Ltd. in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. James is also a licensed appraiser with over 15 years experience and is Chairman of the Bahamas Real Estate Association Appraisal Committee. He is currently one of the most educated and qualified appraisers in the country. James was on the Leadership Team and was Head of the Appraisal Department at Bahamas Realty Ltd. He then moved on in 2019 to further his career and open LX Bahamas Luxury Realty Group which transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Bahamas Real Estate on September 1 2021.
