I LOVE what I do! I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years as an owner, investor, advisor and Realtor. Previously I was an attorney and also worked in the tax and accounting fields. I am knowledgeable about Section 1031 exchanges, financing, and the intricacies of real estate transactions.
I was born in Cleveland, Ohio ad have been fortunate to live in a variety of places and experience various cultures: Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; Washington, DC; Tokyo, Japan; Kailua, Hawaii; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and finally, on Cape Cod where family members live.
