Rich has been a broker serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs for the past 25 years with over $300 million in sales. Specializing in the marketing of real estate developments ranging from single family homes, to mid-rise and high rise condominium projects. He provides assistance in land acquisition, zoning, market analysis and heads the sales team bringing the project to market. His experience and relationships with the brokerage community allows the development to reach their projected profits for his clients.
Recognized annually as a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services including induction into the Hall of Fame. Rich graduated with a business degree from Loyola University.
