Originally from Lima, Peru, Vivianna Franchy has been living in beautiful Key Biscayne, Florida, since 1991.
“I first came to the United States to obtain my MBA. I lived in Lubbock, Texas for two years while I studied for my master’s degree at Texas Tech University.”
Vivianna had secured her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima. Applying her skills and asserting her mind-set is organic to what she does – her methodical and extremely professional approach has become an integral part of her Real Estate business acumen.
Vivianna’s goal as a Real Estate professional is to match buyers to sellers and landlords to tenants. Ultimately, she closes transactions asserting her professionalism, integrity and outstanding commitment of customer service to all parties involved.
