Having grown up in a military family, I understand relocating. And being the new kid on the block throughout most of my childhood helped mold me into the strong relationship- type salesperson I am today. And my 39+ years of formal sales and negotiation experience gives me a huge advantage over most local Realtors. I've been a Floridian since 1981 and have developed a huge knowledge of our Florida’s Suncoast.
