FINANCIALS

Our association management program will computerize your association's financial services for ease of operation. The system allows for customization of reports and monthly financial packages with narrative explanation of balance sheet items and a discussion of income statement items which fluctuate from the budget.

We also prepare your association's annual budget, comparing the actual expenditures to the budget on a monthly basis and reviewing with the Board of Directors. In addition, replacement reserves are closely analyzed and presented.


MANAGEMENT

As part of our Association Management services, our team of professionals conducts monthly inspections of each property.

These frequent physical inspections are essential in order to properly maintain the community and to implement and administer an effective preventive maintenance program. In addition to managing the property, your property manager also manages personnel matters including the supervision of on-site employees and third party contractors.


ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

As your Association Manager, we can handle most of the administrative tasks on your behalf. This often includes:
