Allen Crumbley is co-owner of Capstone Tropical Holdings, Inc., which is comprised of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group, Capstone Title, Capstone Insurance, and Cornerstone Facilities Management. A leader of one of the Tampa Bay area's primary real estate firms since 1984, he maintains an active interest in the marketing of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with his primary emphasis in the Tampa Bay area. Allen has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the Commercial Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

As a Board Member with the Pasco Education Foundation since 1994, Allen was instrumental in the success of the "Take Stock in Children" campaign, which awards scholarships to local at-risk students. He helped establish the Gills West Pasco Family YMCA, and has served as President of the greater Suncoast area YMCA. He currently serves on that organization’s Board of Directors, and Philanthropy and Building & Grounds Committees. He was a charter officer of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs, which established the Odessa Festival & Rodeo, an event he chaired the first two years. All funds raised from this annual festival were donated to local charities. Allen is the past President of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, past Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors - District Six, Charter Officer and past president of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, and CCIM chapter president 1995. He formerly served on the Leadership of Tampa Bay Board of Directors and currently serves on Patriot Bank’s Board of Directors. He is a member of the CEO Council of Tampa Bay and is a current Board of Director for Gulfside Hospice and Pasco Palliative Care. Allen was a charter member of Hope United Methodist Church and is a current member and Sunday School Teacher at Trinity Presbyterian Church. He also offers his talents to the River Ridge High School Football Program as an Assistant Coach, and performs numerous charity auctions and helps to host the annual Orlando visit for the Sunshine Kids.

Allen graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration/Marketing. While attending the University of Alabama on a football scholarship, he played under the leadership of Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. Allen considers himself very fortunate to have been "1st Team Status" on the 1978 National Championship Football Team. To this day, Allen draws on the lessons taught by Coach "Bear" Bryant. He is active in his church where he has chaired two of the three capital campaigns and has been a Youth and Adult Sunday School teacher for 30 years. He has also been active in coaching girls’ basketball and soccer. Allen enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, and 3 daughters, Alana, Leigha and Olivia.
