Guy got into real estate for investment purposes and thought he would do it part-time. That was a mistake because he figured out quickly that you can’t do real estate part time and be successful. After relocating to Tampa, he joined one of the top selling real estate teams in Hillsborough County and quickly learned all that was involved in running a thriving business. His time selling real estate taught him who he wanted to be and who he didn’t want to be as a leader in the real estate industry.

He likes to be the first person on your favorites list, since he's the guy (no pun intended) you can always depend on when you need anything. People are why he does his job. Watching a new agent start their very own business or watching an experienced agent grow their current business and become successful entrepreneurs is what he loves MOST about his role as Market President of the South Tampa office.

Guy has a laid-back vibe and will never hesitate to lend an ear or shoulder. Between his wife Gayle, who is a mental health therapist, and having 4 (yes, 4!) female pets, you can trust him when he says he knows the importance of genuinely listening.

He loves the city that we live in and can always be your go-to dude when it comes to finding out what is happening around town. He loves exploring the Tampa Bay area and is always finding new adventures!
