What makes me different as a realtor is that I'm also a Florida Licensed Residential/Commercial Inspector. I've owned and operated my own Inspection business here in Spring Hill, FL. I have personally inspected over 6,000 homes in West Central Florida. As your agent, I'm uniquely qualified in my knowledge of local construction, subdivisions, flood zones/areas, recalled items, etc. My primary mission is to alleviate the stress associated with the buying or selling a Home. I leverage my extensive background and diverse experience to ensure that your real estate transactions are not only successful but also enjoyable. Originally from Michigan and graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1975. After graduation I gained valuable experience at a Fortune 500 national transportation company. Later as VP of Regional Sales for Ritchie and Associates, an international management consulting firm I further developed my expertise in client relations and negotiation.
