She has the capability of distinguishing which specific site would work best for what type of restaurant, from fast casual to full service. Taking her twenty years of experience in the restaurant industry from operational, administrative & back office, planning & project management, forms, zoning, licensing, permitting and compliance assistance to restaurant executive, she has the ability to look at a site and see if it would work as a restaurant from a restaurateur’s eye. That alone saves her clients time and money. She is fluent in English and proficient in Cantonese.
