As a current resident of Harleysville, PA, Tim specializes in Montgomery County and the surrounding area. Havin lived in Media/Broomall for over 30 years, Tim is also very familiar with Delaware County. Tim had the opportunity to work for his father when he grew up and learned the ins and outs of being a contractor. Being exposed to the blue-collar working world gave Tim an outlook of what hard work truly means. His motto has always been “work hard and stay humble "and good things will happen. Having the knowledge and resources of his father’s contracting company helps Tim and his clients during the process of purchasing and selling real estate. Tim also has his NJ license and recently joined The Halliday Real Estate Group based out of Ocean City, NJ. Partnering with one of the top teams down the shore has been a great resource for his PA clients.
