Hi! My name is Robert Sloan. I am from the sleepy little town of Brisbane, in Australia. After getting my teaching degree, I moved to Korea to teach, then to China, where I met my wife, who convinced me to move to the US (and to get married). After almost a decade of teaching, I craved a new challenge, one that could build on the knowledge and skills I had gained as a teacher, skills such as communication, simplifying and breaking down complex ideas, and, perhaps most importantly, really listening to people. Real estate seemed like an obvious choice. I love partnering with people, and helping to provide not just solutions, but also peace of mind and confidence. I can also speak a little bit of Chinese!
