Kahala

Kahala has traditionally been known as “the” luxury real estate neighborhood on Oahu. The allure Kahala has been close proximity to downtown Honolulu, larger lots, access to the beach, excellent schools and shopping. The oceanfront lots are normally a half acre and as you go further inland from Kahala Ave. and the lots are about 10,000 sq.  Prices for oceanfront homes are between $10-20 million and off water range from $2 million to as high as $6 million. This neighborhood is transforming with a number of new homes replacing the existing housing stock.
