Scott Bradley

Co-President, Partner

Scott Bradley is Co-President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty. He is also president of Bradley Properties, Ltd and co-managing director of RT, LLC Investment Company. Scott was formally co-managing Director of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. During the ten years that he led Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties the family of real estate services companies was expanded to include Pacific Access Mortgage, Pacific Access Title and Escrow and Coldwell Banker Commercial Pacific Properties. In 2005 the firm was sold to Realogy Corporation.

Scott has been active in community and professional organizations. He is past chairman of the Hawaii Community Development Agency and has served as Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization, vice president of the National Association of Realtors, director of The Hawaii Historic Foundation, American Red Cross-Hawaii, Diamond Head Theatre, Hawaii Historical Society and Hawaii Business Round Table. He is past president and past director of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, and past chairman of the CB Franchisee Multi Office Broker Group. Scott is a director for the Variety School and served as Commodore of the Waikiki Yacht Club.

Scott has received numerous awards and recognition including the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year, PBN 40 under 40 and Realtor of the Year for Honolulu Board of Realtor and Hawaii Association of Realtors.

Scott graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Economics. He and his wife Rachel have seven children, Catherine, Suzanna, Sam, Luke, Henry, Wyatt and Sky.

Earl Lee

Co-President, Partner

Earl Lee is Co-President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty. Mr. Lee served as the Chief Executive Officer at HSF Affiliates LLC from October 2012 until December 31, 2014. Mr. Lee served as the President of Prudential Relocation Services, Inc. He served as President of Prudential Real Estate & Relocation Services Inc. from December 2008 to 2011. He served as the President of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) until 2000 and Prudential Relocation since 2007 and Executive Vice President of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) beginning in 1998.

Before joining Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, he served as Senior Vice President, Principal Broker and Partner of Prudential Locations LLC located in Hawaii. He has more than 40 years of real estate experience. Mr. Lee was instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, as well as initiating programs and tools to help the businesses exceed their customers' expectations.

He serves as a Director of Worldwide ERC®, the international association for relocation professionals. He is a National Director for the Asian American Real Estate Association and a past National director for both the National Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Honors: Inman named Earl to its 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders list 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 and Swanepoel Power 200 named him to their list in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

Richard Lim

Partner

Richard Lim is the president of Tradewind Capital Group, Inc. Prior to joining Tradewind, he was the Director of the Department of Business and Economic Development and Tourism for the State of Hawaii, a position he held from 2010 until 2014.

Mr. Lim has over 30 years of experience in banking, mortgage banking and private equity. He was a co-founder of Sennet Capital, a Hawaii based merchant banking firm that provides assistance to Hawaii companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital sourcing and strategic planning. Prior to Sennet, he was the president and chief operating officer of City Bank of Hawaii until its merger with Central Pacific Bank in 2004. Mr. Lim came to City Bank via its merger with International Holding Capital Corporation, the parent company for International Savings and Loan, where he was president and chief operating officer from 1987 to 1994.

Mr. Lim has been an active member of the community serving on numerous boards and commissions, including the Hawaii Institute of Public Affairs; the Korean American Foundation; the Hawaii Technology Development Venture Board; the National Energy Laboratory of Hawaii; the board of Governors for Chaminade University; the Planning Commission for the City and County of Honolulu; the Board of Parks and Recreation for the City and County of Honolulu; the Community Based Economic Development Board; HiBeam; UH Connections; Enterprise Honolulu; and Island Insurance Company, Ltd.

Tracy Bradley

Partner

Tracy Bradley has more than 30 years of real estate experience. A graduate of Hawaii Prepatory Academy and University of Denver, Tracy began her career in commericial real estate at Noris Beggs & Simpson San Francisco in 1986. In 1988, Bradley returned home to specialize in residential real estate sales at Bradley Properties. In 1999 after years of enjoying sales and management roles she developed the new agent training program (NATO) at Coldwell Banker that has trained many of Oahu’s top producing real estate agents. Bradley was then promoted to regional vice president of sales from 2006 through 2013, overseeing the sales division of the largest real estate firm in the state at that time. She left Coldwell Banker in 2013 to form T Bradley LLC. Over the course of her career, she has assisted thousands of local people in real estate careers, transactions, and helping people achieve their goals.

Tracy has two children. Jack, 23 who is currently living in CA and and Nichole, 23 who is currently living in Oregon. Tracy enjoys surfing, hiking with Boscoe (her American Bulldog), traveling, and has paddled the Ka Iwi Channel multiple times.

Herb Conley

Partner

Mr. Herbert N. Conley Jr. served as President and Co-Managing Director for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Ltd., Hawaii of Nrt, LLC. Mr. Conley oversaw the six general brokerage sales offices and sales force of over 450 agents, as well as the new homes and projects division. Prior to real estate, he served as a Certified Public Accountant at Deloitte & Touche in both their Audit and Management Advisory Service Department.

He entered real estate in 1977. Since 1982, he served as President of Conley Dew, Ltd. Realtors. He has been a Member of Board of Advisors at Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. and Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Ltd. since March 2007. He served as a Director of both Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) and Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR).

He is a Member and International Director of the Young President Organization. He holds the distinction of being the youngest individual invited to be an instructor for the Hawaii Association of Realtors. He holds the following designations: Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).

Kalama Kim

President

Paul “Kalama” Kim is President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai‘i Realty. Raised on the windward side of Oʻahu and a graduate of the prestigious Kamehameha Schools, Kim has a deep appreciation for Hawaiʻi’s many facets -- both as an expert in its unique real estate market, and as a person with true connections to the place and its people. 

Kim is a respected leader in the Hawaiʻi Real Estate industry. Prior to assuming his role as President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaiʻi, Kim has served in roles including Principal Broker, District Manager and executive roles in major financial institutions. Kim is the President-Elect of the Hawai‘i Association of Realtors. He has also served extensively on the boards of the National Association of Realtors and Honolulu Board of Realtors. 

 

Danny Stumpf

Vice President of Operations

Danny Stumpf is the Vice President of Operations at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaii Realty and his commitment to growth, success, training, and support for agents and staff put him at the center of what it means to be part of the BHHS Hawaii Realty ‘Ohana. Danny is dedicated to keeping our systems and operations running at the forefront of the real estate industry, allowing our agents to do the same for their clients.

Often wearing many hats, Danny has touched most parts of the business over his 14 years in real estate. Danny knows the industry having been an agent, trainer, office support staff, and accounting fields.  When BHHS Hawaii Realty was just getting started in 2015, Danny was the first hire and instrumental in getting the brokerage off the ground.

In addition to his real estate career, he runs a successful business with his partner which adds another layer of understanding in achieving success in a service and sales industry. Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Danny enjoyed a successful 2 plus decade career in the Banking industry both in Hawaii and on the East Coast.

Kizzy Corbin

Marketing Director

Kizzy Corbin is the Marketing Director of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawaiʻi Realty. She is the energetic force behind communicating the unparalleled quality of  the sales team, strength of the local leadership and the internationally respected  brand message of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Kizzy finds inspiration in helping to build the business of each and every one of the agents she serves. She loves working in the dynamic real estate industry and strives to bring fresh thinking to the opportunities presented.

Kizzy is an alumni of Iolani School and she studied Communications and Marketing at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Her career has touched both U.S. coasts. Prior to returning to home to Hawai'i and working in the Real Estate industry, Kizzy worked on the Google business at  global creative agency 72andSunny in Los Angeles making tv ads, websites, producing events and other projects for the tech company. She handled marketing and sales at independent eyewear designer Illesteva in New York and Account Management on Volkswagen at ad agency Deutsch LA.

An adventurer at heart, Kizzy loves traveling to new places, is a yogi, hiker, beach bum and art and music lover. She’s currently channeling her creativity into her passion project Lux + Alder. 100% soy candles and all-natural home frangrance line hand made in the heart of Kaka'ako.

Karyn Shaunnessy

Training Director, Relocation Director and Office Leader Kapolei

Karyn Shaunnessy is the dedicated Training Director in charge of Hawai'i's most comprehensive training program: RISE - Relevant, Inspirational, Support and Excellence. Karyn has an outstanding record of guiding and supporting new and emerging real estate agents and setting them on a path to achieve whatever success they seek. Karyn is wholeheartedly dedicated to ensuring the next generation of real estate professionals are committed to delivering exceptional service, building rich and trusted relationships and improving all that they touch; the core tenants of the Berkshire Hathaway Hawai'i Realty Mission.

Having been a REALTOR® in Las Vegas and Hawai'i for more than 15 years, Karyn started her career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty as an esteemed, award-winning, top producing agent and is a proud member of the BHHS Hawai'i Realty Founder’s Circle. She spent three years leading the largest, Honolulu Office as Broker-in-Charge, before accepting the Training Director role and moving to grow the youngest Kapolei Office in 2019 as Office Leader.

Michelle Van Tassell

Office Leader Kailua

A seasoned professional with 30 years of global experience in real estate, sales, and marketing, Van Tassell is dedicated to supporting and empowering agents as they work to achieve new levels of professional success. “I see my role as understanding the unique businesses of each agent so that I can provide the best customized support, training and mentoring possible for them to thrive in this dynamic market. What a privilege it is to work with them in the Kailua office,” Michelle says.

Prior to stepping into the Office Leader role, she was an independent consultant for real estate professionals. Van Tassell previously held the role of Principal Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Bain and has managed sales and marketing teams at that company as well. Michelle relocated to Hawai'i a couple of years ago and has settled in East Oahu. “Kailua is a jewel in Hawaiʻi real estate. Every time I come over the Pali and the view opens up to the water, with charming coastal homes just blocks from a downtown core, I fall in love again. Kailua is a special place and it’s an honor to work in and for this thriving community.”

Michelle is an active volunteer, lending her time and energy to organizations such as Boys & Girls Club, Japan Sister City Commission, and Parks and Recreation task forces. She holds a Bachelor in Arts in International Affairs from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, and a foreign studies diploma from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.

Judy Whitfield

Judy's passion for the Hawaiian Islands and bringing people together through real estate is a natural fit. Her twenty plus years in marketing, design and banking compliments her knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market. Judy brings a creative approach to problem solving and especially enjoys the challenges presented by complex transactions.

Her personal philosophy is that every home is a unique masterpiece, so she “tailor makes” her strategy for each property. Judy provides an uncompromising level of service to unite extraordinary homes with extraordinary lives.
