Hello! My name is Sharon and I am the Manager at the Westminster Office Of Homesale Realty. I have been a REALTOR® since 1984 and maintain dual licenses for both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Prior to real estate, I owned and operated a Garden Center, which I built from the ground up. Having managed every aspect of the business, I gained so much experience in customer service, marketing, communication and community service. All of these skills are things that I brought to my work as an agent. My focus with agents is coaching, coaching, coaching. I truly believe there is always room for improvement and with such a dynamic industry, something is constantly changing. Marketing in today’s technological world is very important to their success, so I make sure they are aware of all of our company’s tools and know how to utilize them.
