Lucy “washed a shore” seasonally, during and after college from her hometown of Bangor, Maine in 1991. Following years of enjoying island summer life, she decided to make Nantucket her year-round home and bought her first house in 2000. Throughout successful careers in the restaurant industry and managing an architectural firm, Lucy developed her strengths of customer service and attention to detail, which she brings to every new project. After taking some time off to raise her beautiful daughter and son, she still engaged in many aspects of the real estate market. From buying, selling, renting and even building her own dream home! With the background in the architectural world and permitting processes, she developed a greater understanding of the real estate business on the island. She sensed it would be a natural progression to lead her towards the industry. Lucy strategically works to tailor her services to each individual clients’ needs.
