Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Portia is a true southern girl at heart. Ultimately having family ties and spending summers working on Nantucket during College, brought her to move to this beautiful island permanently in 2001. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she began working as a manager of a high-end retail store on the island. In 2003, Portia obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and began working at Island Properties as the Office Manager. During this time she grew her knowledge and expertise of the Real Estate Market. With her exceptional attention to detail and her knowledge and love of the island, Portia became a Real Estate Broker in 2008.
