As a native Chicagoan, Kathy is a wonderful resource for the Northern Illinois area. She has won countless awards throughout her very successful 36 year real estate career including being nominated as "Realtor of the Year" by the over 16,000 member Mainstreet Org. of Realtors. Besides her BA from Loyola University, she holds a Broker's license and many professional designations which only 2% of national agents hold.She has served on numerous Association committeesto assist in upholding ethical standards for the industry. Her abundant networking opportunities with diverse professional groups also benefit her clients. Kathy's main focus is unsurpassed service and her innovative marketing methods have proven her success with over 99% of her listings resultingin sales. Prior to her real estate career, Kathy taught in the Chicago Public Schools. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren and is a maniacal fan of Chicago sports teams.
