“The luxury market in Jacksonville has something for everybody,” says Anita Vining, a top agent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty. “There are many gated communities that offer golf course and country club access. But what really sets us apart are the variety of waterfront homes the city has to offer. Jacksonville sits on the St. John's River and we’re also close to the Atlantic coastline. You can be from center city to ‘toes in sand” in less than 30 minutes.”

“We found that a lot of people from the Midwest and the East Coast love coming out to Montecito and Santa Barbara,” says Cristal Clarke of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. “It’s such a wonderful lifestyle, not only because of the warm weather but also because we have great cultural events. There’s the beautiful ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. It’s just a really amazing community, and people gravitate towards that. What initially is a second residence for buyers often turns into the main residence as the years go on.”

“The luxury market in Atlanta is full of opportunity right now,” says Bryan Schacht of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. “It’s really increased over the last few years, due largely to the entertainment industry moving into the area. We have direct flights out of Hartsville International Airport all over the country and all over the world. It’s a city that is easy to get to, and we’re seeing so much more high-end demand coming into not only Atlanta but also the metro area as well.”
