In addition to her extensive experience in the insurance industry, she has held numerous leadership roles in business organizations such as Prospanica Connecticut and the Hispanic Leadership Network, and has been recognized as an Elite Woman by Insurance Business America and a 40 Under Forty honoree by the Hartford Business Journal. Crystal holds an MBA in Management from the University of Hartford and is widely respected for her expertise in the industry and devotion to her community. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling and motorized water sports. Crystal lives in Simsbury with her husband Carlos, daughter Caroline, and their two dogs, Casper and Coco.
