Carole Hoyer and her husband Larry have lived in the Aloha/Beaverton, Oregon area for 40+ years. They raised their 3 children here and love this community. She has been a Realtor since 2001, as a broker/agent, listing specialist, buyer’s agent and a transaction coordinator. She is currently with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NW and a part of Source Team with Trevor Erion. Carole exceeds expectations with her multi tasking, negotiating, diplomacy, time management and more! She has volunteered many hours at her children’s schools, sporting activities, local church, and other community activities. Her knowledge of the schools and community are very important in helping buyers decide on a new home. Carole is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Oregon Association of Realtors, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), PEO (A national philanthropic organization supporting Women’s Scholarships), and Faith Center Aloha (A Foursquare Church in Aloha).
