Wendy is a second-generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of her parents, Ed and Bev Wisch, who founded "The Wisch Team" over 25 years ago in Ocean Pines. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Wendy combines her passion for people, attention to detail, and hard work to assist both buyers and sellers. Her certification in home staging ensures that sellers' homes are prepared for captivating photos and videos. Wendy's SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, acquired while assisting her downsizing parents, enables her to guide clients through transitions with care. A graduate of North Central College, Naperville IL, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Art, Wendy returned to her East Coast roots shortly after graduation in 1984.
