My name is Alex Canseco. Let me tell you a little about myself. I am the grandson of Filipino immigrants. They sacrificed and saved, and due to their planning and work ethic they made a rewarding life for themselves and their family. They believed owning a home was the key for future prosperity and security, and it became the cornerstone for their success. I know from their experience that in the beginning it was intimidating to assume so much debt, but over time the equity grew, then they paid off their mortgage and it gave them peace of mind knowing they had provided for their family. I am a family man, a proud father of a growing son, and believe in treating my customers with the same respect I give to my family. I am passionate about service to others and want to give back to the community that has given so much to me, and in the process honor the legacy of my immigrant grandparents.
