Linda and her staff are excellent to work with. They are very quick and on top of scheduling all the inspections and things that need to be completed prior to the sale. They are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Linda Moran and her team,. When our condominium is ready to be listed we will be returning to her.

She helped negotiate the price we wanted to pay and we settled in less than 30 days. Linda also took care of selling our first Ocean City condo. She took care of all the details since we live out of the area. She sold it in a week - and we closed within a month. Linda Moran and her team are incredible. Not only do they know the local area and what it has to offer, they are also intuitive. I thought I wanted a condo, but Linda wanted me to see a variety of homes and in the end she found a ranch and a community that are perfect for me. Very thorough preparation to sell our shore house. Lots of showings, well connected in the area and knowledgeable of the market. Organized and arranged all appraisal support, open houses, and took care of overseeing the closing activity.
