Erica Fladung has always had a passion for Real Estate. Growing up in Houston, Texas, Memorial Area, has created a special insight into the Memorial market. Pursuing her Real Estate license is just one of her educational talents.
She is a proud graduate of Stratford High School where she flourished as a Spartainaire and cheerleader. After High School, Erica decided to be a cheerleader for TCU Horned Frogs, graduating with a legal studies degree. Erica followed her pursuits with a Texas Paralegal License from SMU. Her career highlights include business development and marketing for some of Houston’s top global law firms.
Erica’s experience in the legal field has developed her into a skilled negotiator. She understands the necessity of the contract and what it takes to create trusting relationships.
