Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Realty is now located at 111 Cumberland Plaza. Johnny Reeves, Owner/Broker, is excited to present our new State of the Art office that includes the modern layout, conveniences, and technologies to take our agents to the next level.
Since licensed in 1986, Johnny has built his business by staying on top of trends and focusing on what will help his agents further their business to reach their goals. In 2005, he started his own company and bought an office building on North Main Street and later in Fairfield Glade as well. In the years following, he went through a market crash and a market boom, along with some acquisitions and mergers with other top real estate companies.
With this mindset of being ahead of the game, we were able to power through the unusual year of 2020 and now this market correction in 2022. As the founder of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., Warren Buffett has said, “Predicting rain doesn't count. Building arks does.” This is why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Realty is still one of the leading companies in Cumberland County. We know that trustworthiness, dependability, and innovation are what have kept us in the game and we are excited about this move in location!
When you step into our new office, you will immediately feel the contemporary comfort our office provides. The reception area provides a great workspace for Gabi Smith, our Director of First Impressions. Moving further into the office we have created a lounge area that provides a comfortable place for our agents and customers to congregate. We have touchdown desks for our agents to utilize when they are in the office. 2 meeting rooms are provided for our agents to meet with their customers with large display TVs to display listing photos and videos. Truly we have created a space that is the office of the future.
Woodgate Office
In the Fairfield Glade market, we have a new office in the Woodgate Subdivision off of Peavine Road, 379 Woodgate Drive. This office is a great place for our agents to meet and talk with their customers when they are out in Fairfield Glade. This office is open by appointment only.
Exciting News
Along with our move in locations, we are so happy to finally announce we have a new ‘old’ addition to our staff. Kelli Reeves is back and is thrilled to take over as Director of Operations.
Johnny commented about Kelli’s return, “Being a 4th generation real estate agent, Kelli has grown up around real estate. I couldn’t be prouder of what she has accomplished in her career. She has worked at our title company, worked up the ranks with us as a Receptionist, an Agent, and was then promoted to Office Manager. Then received a great job opportunity with a real estate team in Colorado where she worked remotely as a transaction coordinator and then moved into the Director of Operations position. Our company is grateful that she is back and is excited to see what the future holds with Kelli as our Director of Operations.”
Kelli brings with her over 8 years of real estate experience. She continues to find ways to learn and grow including obtaining her Broker’s License 2 years ago. “Knowledge is power. It also keeps you humble. I love being able to help agents reach their goals by providing the support they need. Sitting down and working on administrative tasks is something most agents despise - that is where I thrive! I have so many strategies and business practices that I can’t wait to work on and start implementing. Coming back and working with these agents, some of which were brand new agents that I trained when I was here before, has me beyond excited,” stated Kelli.
