IRVINE, California, September 5, 2023 – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, a global real estate brokerage franchise network, today announces the launch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Water City Realty. The new brokerage office in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, will be led by Managing Partner, Patty Wohlt, and will serve clients throughout the city to achieve their real estate goals.

Wohlt has been a full-time real estate professional for more than 27 years in Oshkosh. She is passionate about providing her clients with exceptional service, and as a lifetime resident of the city, her knowledge extends far beyond the transaction.
