Ivania Bosch started her real estate career in 2003. She brings more than 21 years of sales experience and a reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and superior negotiating skills to the Berkshire Hathaway H.S. Florida Realty. Originally from Cuba, Ivania moved to the Ocala area in 2005 and spent the next two decades helping both Buyers and Sellers reach their real estate goals. Ivania has experience not only in Residential Sales but has also successfully sold multiple million-dollar properties in Commercial Real Estate. Patient, genuine and committed to her clients’ success, Ivania offers her clients invaluable insight into the lifestyle afforded by each neighborhood, along with a keen eye for interior design and knack for seeing potential in every property.
