Joshua Leonard, one of the stars of "The Blair Witch Project," has landed a new role. This time, it's not a suspenseful movie plot, but a real-life renovation project in New York's picturesque Hudson Valley.

In 2021, Leonard acquired a 200-year-old stone house, coined The Compound at Breezy Hill, on approximately 20 acres in the quiet rural town of Accord, situated roughly 90 miles northwest of Manhattan. Once in a state of disrepair, it soon became his passion project.
