My career with Berkshire Hathaway consists of selling real estate in the Kansas City area as well as creating personal investment plans for rental property investors alike. I strive to focus on a 50/50 balance: 50% focus on residential home sales and 50% focus on investing, both residentially and commercially. Having this balance gives me the edge to take my investing knowledge and apply it to individuals purchasing the largest asset of their life while being financially comfortable with the investment.
