My father and grandfather, both Real Estate Agents and Brokers owned and operated Warmee Inc. a Real Estate and Insurance Agency in Lorain, Ohio that served the community for more than 40 years before its closing in the early 2000’s and in their honor, I’ve chosen to become a Licensed Real Estate agent. After more than a successful 30-year career in the communications industry with leaders such as AT&T and Verizon, I find myself on an exciting new path in Real Estate. I work with new home buyers sellers and investors specializing in the Delaware County area. I’m blessed that I’ve joined a well-recognized, respected and accomplished firm, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, American Realty Center in Worthington, Ohio.

I live in Powell, Ohio with my wife and youngest son, a recent college graduate who works in corporate taxes. My oldest son is a teacher and baseball coach in the Olentangy School District.
