My formative years were spent on the East Coast in New York, Long Island for secondary school and Rochester for college. Later I moved to San Francisco for careers in printing/advertising and architectural signage. Regardless of my position—customer service, project management or sales—my primary focus has always been in doing what’s best for my clients. I’ve accomplished that by consistently communicating clearly and honestly. My belief is that honest and respectful negotiations result in/produce successful negotiations, and this holds true for my real estate transactions. During my career in architectural signage, my clients were some of the most respected contractors, developers and builders of multi-family developments in the San Francisco Bay Area. I managed complex projects from the ground up including planning, permitting, structural, fabrication and installation. With this experience, I discovered my passion for real estate.
