With over a decade of executive leadership experience, Sydney Keown brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to real estate. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, she served as a Senior Director of Operations and Development. In that role, she managed and led multimillion-dollar platforms, developing strategic systems that supported growth across complex organizations. Sydney works alongside her husband, continuing their long-standing involvement in real estate investing and development since 2016. Her background in operations, negotiation, and growth strategy allows her to guide clients with confidence, clarity, and care. Originally from South Carolina and a proud University of South Carolina alumni, Sydney has called the Lowcountry home for the past five years. She’s also a mom of four (ages 6 years to 8 months) and enjoys boating, beach days, and supporting local seafood spots with her family.
