My wife and I were fortunate enough to have been born in Caldwell County. After both of us graduated from Appalachian State University, we decided to stay in Caldwell County because of its beauty and the warmth of its people. This was the best place to raise a family and have the quality of life we both desired. Currently, I am a member of First United Methodist Church of Lenoir and the Rotary Club of Lenoir. I have served as treasurer for the Caldwell Memorial Hospital Foundation and Rotary Club of Lenoir. I also served for six years with the NC National Guard. I feel sharing what I have learned from remodeling several houses can be helpful for pointing out and addressing potential problem areas for both sellers and buyers.
