Charles works with BHHS BurtJordan Realtors. He is a member of the S.C. Association of Realtors & Realtor Association of The Greater Pee Dee. Has earned the designations of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), At Home with Diversity and is e-Certified. Prior to becoming a realtor, he worked with Delta Mills Inc., owner of Munn Hardware Co. and CDM Development, LLC. Other affiliations; past president of the Pamplico Lions Club, Pee Dee Realtor Association Board member 2014 & 2015, Vice President of Pee Dee Realtors Association 2020, President Elect 2021, President 2022 & Past President 2023, treasurer for the Pee Dee Area Friends of NRA 2005 – 2019 and Circle Park Behavioral Health Services board member 2011 to current He prides himself in taking his time with each client and paying particular attention to their individual home/land buying or selling needs.
