Kathy Little links her passion for community with her love of people, joining Berkshire Hathaway C. Dan Joyner’s Anderson office as a REALTOR. Kathy has lived and worked in the Anderson community all her adult life, serving in sales and marketing roles in healthcare, non-profit, and industry. She combines those skills with her attention to detail in order to provide the ultimate customer experience to those seeking to buy or sell real estate. Kathy lives on Lake Hartwell with her husband, Phil, and their Boykin Spaniel, Folly. Phil also maintains his real estate license of 25+ years. Phil and Kathy share a love of music singing at church, at weddings and funerals, and in the community. When Kathy is not busy serving her real estate clients, she enjoys time with Phil and Folly on the lake!
