Having called Greenville home for the past 60 years, Bob Ashworth brings local knowledge and community connections to his role in commercial real estate. Before entering the real estate industry, Bob enjoyed a successful career as Vice President of International Sales for a major textile machinery company, where he developed his strong business, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that now serve his clients well. For more than 25 years, Bob has been actively involved in commercial real estate investing and development, managing his own portfolio with a hands-on approach. Since earning his real estate license in 2017, he has combined his professional expertise with his passion for real estate to help clients achieve their investment and business goals. Outside of work, Bob enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his wife Cathy and is actively involved in serving the Greenville homeless community and volunteers with several local food ministries.
