Patrick has been a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS® since 2012 when he was named “Rookie of the Year” for the Pelham Road Office. Real Estate has always been part of his life – growing up with both parents as successful Realtors–but Patrick didn’t develop an interest in working in Real Estate until graduating from Clemson in 2010. A native of Greenville, Patrick spent years attending Greenville County Schools, enjoying Greenville’s wide range of activities and watching Greenville’s incredible revitalization and development. He’s proud of our city and thinks there’s no place finer to call home. His knowledge of the area and personable nature have enabled him to work with clients in various stages of life, whether first time homebuyers looking for their first nest, growing families in need of more room and bigger backyards, or empty-nesters looking to downsize. In his first 11 years as a Realtor, Patrick has sold over $75 million with The Toates Team.
