Richard understands the needs of the investor/landlord as well as the tenant! In addition to helping clients, he has personally leased office & restaurant spaces & understands the needs of the business owner. Richard is an entrepreneur who has purchased, owned & sold businesses & investment properties. He is experienced in Retail, Office, Multi-family, & Restaurant use, sales & leasing. Having spent time early in life in the auto dealer world, working up from a salesperson role, finance, & sales management, in 2010 Richard became an Agency Owner with Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company & provided a successful full-service insurance brokerage until he sold the agency. Also, he developed & operated a multiple location QSR here in the Upstate. Richard has lived in the Upstate since 2018. Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, he graduated from Shippensburg University. He moved to Simpsonville due to family & business connections.
