I’m a second-generation REALTOR® and proud Upstate South Carolina native—and I truly love where I live. With C. Dan Joyner REALTORS since 1997, I bring decades of experience, local knowledge, and a passion for helping clients win in real estate. My husband, Mike, and I have been married for 25+ years, and our son, Nelson, and his wife, Caroline, also call the Upstate home. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with family, friends, and wherever our travels take us. In 2025, I earned Chairman’s Circle Gold, ranking in the top 3% of Berkshire Hathaway agents worldwide. I stay actively involved in local and national REALTOR® associations and the Greer Chamber of Commerce to better serve my clients.
