Entering the real estate business in Truckee, California, Alan earned his California real estate license in 2010. Alan’s previous career focused on local government in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. In 2013, Alan and his wife Cathy moved from their home of 21 years in Truckee to care for their parents. They moved to South Carolina in 2018. Today, Alan and Cathy reside in Travelers Rest. Alan’s appreciation for the Real Estate business found him listing and selling homes throughout the greater Sacramento Region, Lake Tahoe/Truckee, and the Upstate of South Carolina.
