Over 25 years of experience in practiced real estate. Former Director of Leasing for over 2.5 million square feet of office and retail portfolios. As a Landlord and Tenant representative, Kim negotiated over $30 million in sales and leases in the office, retail, industrial and multi-family sector. Kim developed and sold luxury residential properties in West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades. On a personal note, Kim is a mom of two grown daughters, holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a scuba diver. She loves to travel and collects vintage home goods which she uses when staging properties.
