At the age of 22 Suzanne seized the opportunity to purchase a fabric shop in No. Calif for $10,000. This became her "Masters Degree," exposing her to every facet of the business rangeing from working with fabric wholesalers in LA and S F, to selling Swiss Bernina sewing machines and teaching sewing classes. The shop also became her first real estate transaction, as she sold it 3 1/2 years later for a 400% gain. In 1980, Suzanne moved to So Cal, eventually relocating to Laguna Beach to establish The Great Exchange Consignment Company. In 1984, she earned her Real Estate license. She joined Turn Key Associates, a property rental company. She spent eight years renting properties throughout OC Since 1989, she has successfully sold over $140,000,000 of South OC real estate, beginning with oceanfront condos. Presently affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Laguna Beach, Suzanne’sr passion lies in building lasting relationships.
