About
Real estate roots run deep for Charlie, being the 4th generation of relators in his family. Growing up in the Napa Valley where his father sold luxury real estate for over 35 years, Charlie continued the tradition, earning a Broker's license selling real estate in both the Napa Valley and San Francisco. Growing up in the "family business" gave him a formative exposure in real estate that fostered a strong intuition in the market and an ability to work with a wide range of clientele. Combining those early observations with a strong business and marketing background, as well as a natural talent for understanding each client's unique situation, Charlie continues his passion for real estate in the Santa Barbara market. As a dedicated, hands-on father who has moved his family internationally Charlie has a global perspective, while at the same time really understands and appreciates what it takes in finding your community and putting down roots in a place you call home.
